By using Dilypse LocalScan ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dilypse LocalScan is a free online tool that audits the local SEO presence of businesses by scanning online directories, analyzing NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency, evaluating website schema markup, assessing AI search visibility, and generating comprehensive audit reports.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service to scan businesses you are not authorized to audit
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service excessively
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

4. Data Accuracy

The information provided by the Service is based on data collected from third-party directories and APIs at the time of the scan. Dilypse makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Scan results are provided "as-is" for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software associated with the Service are the property of Dilypse Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dilypse Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. The Service is provided free of charge, and Dilypse makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and data sources (including but not limited to Google, Bing, Yelp, and various directory providers).
